Terms of Use

These terms govern use of AlbumLoom, provided by Xploredatum Technolgies LLP. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AlbumLoom is a browser-based tool for arranging photos, editing album text and generating PDFs. Current features work with local browser storage. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

2. Your content stays yours

You retain your rights in the photos, text and other content you use. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use and share that content, including permission relating to people pictured where required. These terms do not transfer ownership of your photos to us.

3. Responsible use

Use AlbumLoom lawfully. Do not use it to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create or distribute unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access to systems. You are responsible for reviewing the content you export and share.

4. Local storage and your copies

You are responsible for keeping original files and saving exported PDFs. Local browser storage may be cleared, limited, or unavailable. AlbumLoom does not currently provide cloud backup, account recovery or cross-device sync, and we cannot restore an album stored only on your device.

5. Output and printing

Review all pages before sharing or printing, including photo placement, captions, page count, image quality, and any unplaced photos. PDF output is not a promise of compatibility with every print service. Check paper size, margins, resolution and other requirements with your printer. AlbumLoom does not currently fulfil print orders.

6. Availability and limitations

We aim to make AlbumLoom useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every device or purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Our materials and external links

The AlbumLoom name, website content and application materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights, subject to third-party and open-source licences. Your use of the editor does not transfer ownership of these materials. External sites linked from AlbumLoom have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Privacy, updates and contact

Our privacy policy explains the service’s data practices. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date here. For questions, concerns or complaints, email albumloom@xploredatum.com.
